1. Data Collected
“We collect the following personal data from you for the purpose of providing a Root Reading, Partner Reading, Home Harmony Assessment, Business Analysis, Pet Life's Analysis, report using Bazi, Fengshui, Astrology, Qi Men Dun Jia, and a skill that's passed down to selected disciples in our clan using your: English Name, Chinese Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Identification Number, Phone Number, Hospital of Birth, Country of Birth, and Chronic Illness Since Birth.”
2. Purpose of Collection
“Your data is collected solely for the purpose of performing a personalized Root Reading, Partner Reading, Home Harmony Assessment, Business Analysis, Pet Life's Analysis calculation. This analysis is necessary to generate the comprehensive report you have requested. We do not use this data for any other purpose without obtaining your separate consent.”
3. Consent
“By checking the consent box and submitting this form, you hereby grant your explicit consent for us to collect, use, and disclose your personal data as outlined in this Data Protection Policy for the purpose of your Root Reading, Partner Reading, Home Harmony Assessment, Business Analysis and Pet Life's Analysis .”
